Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process on chytreit.cz, why we process it, and what rights you have in connection with it.

1. Who is the controller of your personal data

The data controller is:

(We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer — our activities don't trigger the requirement under Article 37 of the GDPR.)

2. What data we process and why

a) Contact form

When you submit a form on our website, we process:

• Identification — name, company name
• Contact details — email, phone (optional)
• Inquiry data — company size, areas of interest, budget, description of your situation
• Technical metadata — IP address, User-Agent, timestamp (for abuse protection)

Purpose: handling your inquiry, preparing a proposal, and communication about the engagement.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — protecting the form from abuse).
Retention: 24 months from last contact if no contract follows. If a contract is signed, for its duration plus 10 years (Czech accounting law).

b) Cookies and analytics

Without your consent we only use strictly necessary cookies (storing your cookie choice, remembering selected theme/language).

With your consent we additionally use:

• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google LLC, IP anonymized). Helps us understand how the site is used and improve content.
• Google Search Console — measures how the site appears in search. Doesn't set cookies, but processes aggregated impression data.
• Marketing cookies — Google Ads (if campaigns are running). Used for remarketing.
• Personalization cookies — remember your preferences (language, theme).

Legal basis: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 89 of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications.
Consent validity: 12 months. After that we will ask again.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2 — Google stores no identifiers before consent, or processes anonymized signals only.

c) Servers and hosting

The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google LLC, EU servers). Form submissions are briefly processed by Firebase Cloud Functions and sent via email through Google Workspace. As a processor Google complies with GDPR; we have Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) in place.

3. Who we share your data with

We share your data only as necessary to provide the service:

* For transfers to the USA we rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

We do not sell your data and don't share it with ad networks or data brokers.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your data — know what we hold about you
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — if we no longer need the data
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting previously lawful processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7)

5. Data security

Data is kept encrypted (TLS in transit, Google Cloud encrypted-at-rest storage). System access is protected with two-factor authentication. Form submissions are rate-limited and protected against automated abuse.

6. Children

Our services target businesses (B2B). We do not knowingly process personal data of children under 16.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the last revision is always shown at the top. If there is a material change we will notify you on your next visit.
